I'm Tanya, founder and director of ComplEAT Nutrition4Life. I'm a Mum of 4 and married for 20 years to my beautiful husband.
I'm a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist, with a passion to help educate everyone on how they can take control of their health using a holistic approach.
Here at ComplEAT Nutrition4Life I am deeply passionate in helping you gain a greater understanding on how nutrition affects your body by looking at the whole person. Through our holistic approach to your health, we will look at your physical, emotional, social, economic and spiritual needs. There is not a one size fits all approach when it comes to our health, which is why I am passionate about individualising my plans, nutrition support and advice for everyone.
I can support you through the prevention and management of a wide range of health concerns, from weight loss or gain, to sleep, energy, and nutrition plans to work alongside your training. From your first consult, I am positive that you will walk out feeling knowledgeable and confident to start implementing changes with ease into your day. Together we will monitor your progress and make sustainable changes for you and your lifestyle. I want you to take back control of your health.
